A 19-bed Transitional Care Unit is located in the Christian Home & Rehabilitation Center and is designed to meet the needs of individuals transitioning from hospital to home with a focus on rehabilitation, recuperative and restorative care.  Advanced skilled services provided in the Transitional Care Unit include IV therapy, wound care and complex respiratory therapy services such as tracheotomy care.  In addition, an on-site Rehab Therapy Department offering comprehensive Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies is provided by Valley Bay Rehabilitation.
